Store Policy

Original paintings are hand-packed in custom heavy-duty box. Archival prints ship in heavy-duty tubes with protective tissue. Each order is fully insured and handled in white-glove care.

If any damage occurred during transit please take picture and contact us immediately. We will examine the return-damaged product and will refund accordingly.

Need a specific dimension or custom framing? We coordinate with premium framers to match your space perfectly.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may not be able to change orders that have already been processed.

We accept the payment methods at checkout. Your order will be processed after payment received.
